Hillier is a little more reserved when it comes to shade:
Some might say she’s a bit camera shy…
But she’s still had some sassy moments. Like when she was asked if the coalition was green enough:
“errrr, don’t think so mate”
And when she went on BBC News to talk about Michael Gove’s social care reform:
“Right, yeah, sure…”
And when she talked to the Guardian about young girls not feeling like they have access to studying technology:
“You’re telling me.”
Ultimately, Meg Hillier is a happy-go-lucky sort of MP:
Even if she feels like getting angry, she has a smile ready to brighten your day:
Here she is saying there aren’t enough women in politics, but that smile is cautiously optimistic about the future.
