An escaped mental health patient was found 80 miles west of his hospital ward.
Mitchell Kuderovitch, 35, went missing from Homerton Hospital on Friday 28 September after fleeing from his support worker. He was later found in Swindon after police reported concerns for his welfare.
East London NHS Foundation Trust has confirmed Kuderovitch’s safe return to Homerton.
Kuderovitch will be assessed by staff at the hospital, who will try to understand the reasons for the patient’s flight.
